There is a profound moment in the fourth part of Twin Peaks that was like a hammer to my heart.

It struck home so powerfully and palpably, crystalizing the sense of psychic anguish that the original show manifested so perfectly: how Laura's murder could be this open wound that still festers 25 years later.
